Limited Warranty
ARK Electronics warrants each ARK product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the Warranty Coverage Term of one (1) year. If a hardware defect arises and a valid warranty claim is received by ARK during the Warranty Coverage Term, ARK will either: 1) repair the defective product using new parts or parts equivalent to new in performance and reliability; 2) replace the product with a new or refurbished product with equivalent functionality and performance, which may include replacing a product that is no longer available with a newer model product; or 3) offer remote support to recover the unit in the field if possible. All warranty claims should be initiated through emailing [email protected]
Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
ARK Electronics does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling of the products.
- Damage caused by accidents, collisions, or improper installation or assembly of the products.
- Damage caused by modifications or alterations to the Products made by the Buyer or any third party without the prior written consent of ARK Electronics.
- Damage caused by exposure to extreme environmental conditions outside of the product specifications, including but not limited to excessive heat, cold, moisture, dust or electrostatic discharge.
Non-Warranty Repairs
If a product needs warranty coverage after the coverage period or due to something that is excluded from the products’ warranty coverage, ARK may be able to support through a non-warranty repair. Please contact ARK support to initiate this request.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARK Electronics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the products, even if ARK Electronics or the other party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law
This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Utah, USA. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Utah, USA.
Entire Agreement
This Warranty constitutes the entire agreement between ARK Electronics and the Buyer regarding the warranty of the products and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
By purchasing and using the products, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty.
