ARK Electronics Website Returns Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your order or encounter any product defect, please contact ARK
Electronics to receive support and initiate a replacement or return if needed.

Return Period:
You may return eligible items purchased from the ARK Electronics website within thirty (30) days
from the date of receipt.

Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it,
and in its manufacturer’s original packaging. Items that have been damaged or altered by the
customer are not eligible for return or warranty coverage in adherence with ARK’s limited

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at [email protected] to obtain a Return
    Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Pack items security as received and apply your shipping label.
  3. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship items to the address provided by the ARK support team.

Return Shipping:
The purchaser is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have
received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to
    your original method of payment within five (5) business days.
  • If rejected, we will provide an explanation for the decision and return the item.

Policy Modifications:
ARK Electronics reserves the right to modify this return policy at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the revised policy on our website.
